Online request for filing a Community trademark application

n.b. online request for filing a trademark application can be abandoned at any time before the invoice with payment data and your signature has been sent.
 

A. Fill the request form (click here);

B. Fill the Power of Attorney (click here);

C. Sign and send us the invoice for the payment (click here).

At the end of the procedure, that will be concluded when we receive information documents and payment data, the trademark application will be filed within 3 working days, unless there are impediments to the registration (for instance: existence of identical word mark, mere descriptive signs, etc. – in this case you will be contacted and we will not go ahead with the payment of the application by credit card or the sum paid by bank transfer will be returned).
